The Brief Fact of the matter is: CCL is having the mining project of coal in the district of chatra in the name and style of Purnadih project. During the work of mining they are doing blasting and many time heavy blastings also due to which the near by houses, schools structures and other structures has got damaged.

CCL has stored the coal which is burning and releasing the smocks in the atmosphere and thereby causing Air pollution.

CCL has dumped the waste and other articals into the river Damodar due to which the natural flow of the river has got destructed on the above fact we had a report of one agency called FIAN and the order of SDO (proceedings under section 133 CrPC). and on the basis of this we had filled a PIL in the HIgh Court.
