In the FIR no. 316/2011 registered at PS Lajpat Nagar against the accused Mahesh s/o Ram Vilas, a bail application was filed by the accused praying to be released.  He is 18 years old rickshaw driver and has four siblings, living at Lajpat Nagar, Lal Sai Market, Delhi. He was in judicial custody since January 25, 2012. On 24 January, 2012 he went to a park and while sitting there police caught him and implicated in the case regarding involvement of knife and so on.  On June 7, 2012, the court granted him bail and said “In the given facts and circumstances of the case, accused is admitted to bail on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of 10000 rupees with one surety in the like amount.”
