An aspiring journalist and activist was assaulted and molested by several persons for trying to prevent the cutting of a tree. The Police had already submitted Charge Sheet under Section 323/448/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Upon finding that there was no investigation regarding the molestation, The High Court order for further investigation with certain guidelines.
