Rapist denied bail for his atrocities on a disabled lady

A Division Bench of the High Court at Calcutta, had denied bail to the petitioner for committing rape upon a disabled lady. The Court saw that the accused was an aged person. SLIC had represented the Victim’s family in the High Court.
