Barnawas Kacchap Vs. State of Jharkhand and others - W.P.(Habeas Corpus) No. 424/ 2010 This writ was filed for the rescue and to produce before court of one tribal girl Pramila Kachhap. She was trafficked to Delhi three years back and the father of the victim approached police but no action was taken by Police. The father of the trafficked girl was tired of asking help of Police but no one noticed his case. By filing of this case the petitioner seeks rescue of his daughter. Various strict orders were made by the court to produce the girl. Finally police rescued the girl from Delhi.
