No Room For Justice: The Story of Khori's Demolition (Documentary)
Khori village in Faridabad, a colony of settlements in the Aravalli woodlands, seems to be in the path of a storm. Bricks from wrecked houses are strewn about, interspersed with toys, shredded books, shattered TVs, and shards of glass. Crushed two-wheelers can be seen peeking out of the rubble, and people are seen sifting through the debris to recover what they can.
Thousands of homes in Khori Gaon are being demolished by the Municipal Corporation of Faridabad (MCF). This video explores the helplessness of the villagers and residents who have been left without a roof, food, or water during a pandemic.
