State Vs Jithender The death of the married woman namely Kajal happened at her matrimonial home within 2 years of her Marriage. There was allegation of 20,000/- rupees and 50,000/-to start a gents parlour for the accused Husband. She was time and again harassed by the father in-law and the husband for the money and for the issue of not consuming the child.Even the father in-law had wrongful intention with the Deceased.The family was informed about her death from the police of Sarai Kajuwa of Faridabad Dist.Even trong allegation police obtained another statement from the drunkard father of the Deceased and on that basis no FIR has got registred even then the death was happened within the seven years of marriage.Thereafter the complainant approached various state party Women Commission , and DCP of Faridabad but there was no use.Her post mortem report shows her neck bones were intact. Status Finally a Petition was moved U/S 156(3) to register the FIR.Finally FIR got registered and the case U/S 304B and 498A was got registered . The case is in the Prosecution Evidence Stage.
